Applications Support Engineer

Location: Atlanta

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an industry-leading company to provide technical support for an enterprise, internally developed software application. This role is ideal for someone skilled at working with both people and technology, who can troubleshoot common application issues while delivering clear, professional support. This position is available for fully remote work for highly qualified candidates. An East Coast location is not required;

however, the role must provide coverage during Eastern Time business hours. Candidates located on the West Coast should be comfortable starting their workday earlier to maintain sufficient overlap with East Coast users and team members.
