Location: New York
Aura One is seeking a Jira User / Specialist Operations reviewer to work remotely from the United States, evaluating AI outputs within Jira workflows. You will grade workflow correctness, policy adherence, and stakeholder fit, flag risk, and document next steps for model training.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work asynchronously for at least 10 hours weekly are expected. Nice to have experience training or QA-ing operations teams and familiarity with AI-assisted workflow tools.
