TEKsystems is seeking an Expert Desk Analyst to deliver remote technical support for internal staff serving customers. You will diagnose and resolve a range of issues, log incidents, and coordinate with teams to close tickets.
This contract role requires strong communication and hands-on technical skills in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully remote, based out of Tucson, AZ, with a weekly schedule that includes evenings/weekends.
