Steer is a fast-growing provider of automotive repair software solutions. This Technical Support Associate role focuses on delivering an outstanding, customer-centered experience by bridging customer success, onboarding, and basic technical implementation.
You will own Level 1 and Level 2+ support, help retrain customers on the product, document solutions, and collaborate with integrations, scheduling, and CRM teams to ensure value from day one for our remote clients in a SaaS environment.
