JRM Construction Management is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide frontline IT support for onsite and remote employees. You will diagnose issues, configure devices, manage accounts, and document tickets to SLAs.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, Active Directory tasks, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding. Occasional after-hours support and local travel may be required; strong communication is essential.
