Script Pro is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a remote, work-from-home role with mandatory on-site training at our Mission, KS headquarters. You will handle inbound calls, resolve issues remotely, and create service requests in our ticketing system. Some projects and training will occur as needed.
Role requires problem solving, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset; travel by air may be required if located outside the area. Training is three weeks onsite.
