Prism Support Services is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to serve as the senior technical liaison to 196+ higher-education clients and to actively build the team's AI and automation infrastructure. You will own three strategic work streams from the Prism CS AI & Automation Strategy (BUSR 2026): knowledge-base deflection, AI knowledge agent retirement capture, and AI phone/web support and Jira automation.
This role reports to the VP, Support Services for HHES.
