Aura One is seeking an experienced Cross-Modal Retrieval Dataset QA Specialist to evaluate model outputs using a versioned rubric. You will compare responses, justify selections with written rationale, and tag unsafe or flawed content according to policy, while calibrating scores weekly against gold standards.
You will also document recurring failures and help improve rubrics, ensuring consistency across long batches and complex prompts. Remote work is available to US-eligible contractors.
