Aura One is seeking a QA Specialist for AI Product Testing & Support. This remote contractor role focuses on evaluating AI outputs across workflows, grading for tone, policy adherence, and stakeholder fit, and documenting next steps for the modeling team.
You will review outputs against playbooks, flag risks with severity, and adjudicate disputes using firm guidance. This position requires reliability for at least 10 hours/week and comfort applying multi-page rubrics to large batches.
