Requirements Must have:
- We require at least 6 years of experience working on projects that implement solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- We require at least 4 years in a technical leadership role, with or without direct reports.
- We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in software development or a related discipline; equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree.
- We prefer 4 years of development experience with Node.js.
- We prefer 4 years of development experience with Oracle.
- We look for strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, solution design, and technical governance.
- We value experience with Dev Ops, Agile, and Waterfall delivery practices.
- We expect familiarity with cloud-based, secure, high-volume, high-transaction systems and integration environments.
- We lead enterprise CMS strategy and guide the evolution of Adobe Experience Manager within complex enterprise environments.
- We provide architectural leadership and advisory support for scalable, secure, high-performing digital solutions.
- We partner with application, product, architecture, engineering, security, infrastructure, and delivery teams to align technical direction with enterprise goals.
- We translate business strategy and requirements into actionable technical designs, stable systems, and maintainable solution architectures.
- We oversee solution reviews, implementation guidance, and governance to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- We manage platform reliability through continuous improvement efforts, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- We define and maintain standards, reference architectures, and governance processes that inform design and investment decisions.
- We oversee CDN and NGINX configurations and related automation to support secure and efficient operations.
- We provide technical direction for data management, database technology, interfaces, coding, testing, and release readiness.
- We mentor and coach team members, foster collaboration, and help resolve complex technical issues across multiple work streams.
- We build and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and senior leaders to secure alignment and support.
- We keep our technical knowledge current by tracking industry trends, engaging with experts, and sharing recommendations across the organization.
We are Kaiser Permanente, and this role is based in Greensboro, North Carolina with a flexible hybrid arrangement that combines on-site work at a KP location with work from home. This is a full-time, regular, individual contributor position on our IT Engineering team, with a day shift schedule Monday through Friday and no travel required. We offer a competitive total rewards package with a posted pay range of $147,900 to $191,400 per year, along with benefits including 401(k), dental, employee assistance, flexible spending, health and vision insurance, health savings, life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and a retirement plan.
