Possess solid knowledge of Facets and its functionalities
Works under minimal guidance from Sr Systems Analyst/consultant
Analyze and interpret business requirements and system requirements
Design solutions based on Facets capability
Design and implement Benefit Configuration, specifically with Supplemental tables (BPA: SPCR/SRCR, SPCT/SRCT) and Service Definitions (SEDF)
