Help deliver a world-class workplace technology experience by ensuring effective governance, financial stewardship, and lifecycle management of end-user IT assets across ASML U.S. locations.

As an IT Operations Asset Manager, you'll be responsible for the governance, purchasing oversight, inventory management, and financial management of workplace technology assets. You'll ensure compliance with ASML standards and financial controls while supporting cost-effective, reliable, and audit-ready asset management practices that enable employees to perform at their best.

Role and responsibilities

You'll serve as the primary owner of end-user asset governance, lifecycle strategy, and financial oversight for workplace technology assets across ASML U.S. sites. Working closely with Service Coordinators, Finance, Procurement, and IT stakeholders, you'll ensure asset lifecycle activities are executed in accordance with ASML policies, financial controls, and global standards.

As IT Operations Asset Manager, you'll:

* Define and govern end-user asset standards, device portfolios, lifecycle policies, and refresh strategies aligned with ASML global standards .

* Own demand planning, lifecycle forecasting, and refresh strategies to support annual budgeting and long-term financial planning .

* Ensure inventory accuracy, data integrity, and audit readiness within Service Now ITAM/HAM, CMDB, and related asset management systems.

* Oversee asset purchasing activities to ensure compliance with procurement policies, approved standards, and financial controls.

* Manage asset-related risks and exceptions, including lost, stolen, non-returned, or non-compliant devices Monitor asset spending, analyze budget versus actuals, support forecasting activities, and identify cost optimization opportunities.

* Partner with Finance and Procurement to maintain reporting accuracy, cost transparency, and effective financial governance.

* Provide oversight and guidance for asset lifecycle execution, supporting the resolution of complex or non-standard scenarios.

* Maintain reporting and performance metrics related to inventory health, asset aging, refresh compliance, spend management, and operational risks.

* Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, Lean principles, process optimization, and the development of standard work and governance documentation.

* Other duties as assigned.

Education and experience

To help us maintain effective governance of workplace technology assets and support strategic financial decision-making, you'll need:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

* At least 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, End User Services, IT Operations, or a related discipline.

* Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or operational cost management.

* Experience working within technical support, workplace services, or end-user computing environments.

* Experience with IT asset lifecycle management, inventory governance, and compliance practices.

* Ability to manage competing priorities and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.

* Continuous improvement mindset with experience applying Lean principles or process optimization techniques.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, audit-ready records.

Other Information

* This position is located on-site in San Diego, CA . It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.

* A flexible workplace arrangement may be available to employees working in roles conducive to remote work (up to two days a week).

* Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.

* Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
