As a Platform Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and supporting merchants as they adopt our suite of products. You will work closely with sales and account management teams to ensure merchants are set up for success, from initial setup to ongoing support. Your responsibilities will include:

Driving merchant onboardings and implementations with clear communication.
Delivering strong presentations and handling merchant frustrations gracefully.
Training merchants on Door Dash's Online Ordering product and functionality.
Troubleshooting technical issues and becoming a product expert.
Collaborating with sales and account management teams to overcome implementation challenges.
Providing feedback to improve team workflows and merchant success.
Adapting to an evolving work environment and shaping the direction of the company.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, and/or account management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
Excellent external and internal customer presentation and communication skills.

Preferences

Experience working cross-functionally with individual contributors.
Tech-savvy with a curiosity to troubleshoot technical issues.
