Our goal is to lead the Aerospace and Defense industry by leveraging cutting-edge digital capabilities to innovate solutions, reduce costs, and improve development efficiency.
The Work We are seeking innovative, collaborative leaders to support this transformation. This role is for a highly motivated Engineer to join the team to drive the definition, creation and delivery of the 1
LMX MBSE Product Lifecycle Management to System Model digital thread capability to the LM workforce. The RMS PLM to System Model solutions provide a digital thread between systems engineering and hardware design, eliminating mismatches in data from manual updates and enabling full traceability of requirements to design.
Responsibilities This role focuses on the full solution from architecture through deployment: solution architecture, requirements, process and solution development, requirement verification/evaluation and test, deployment across the model‑based environment.

• Prior experience defining and driving implementation of new capabilities, tools, processes
• Experience with enterprise/system of systems design and/or integration
• Experience with technologies utilized for establishing and connecting digital threads (e.g. OSLC, eQube)
• Experience in translating requirements and needs into conceptual processes that operate within limitations of tools, LM command media and existing LM processes
• Current LM Systems Architect certification, at the Qualified level or higher.
• Background in model‑based architecture frameworks (DoDAF, MODAF, UAF).
• Test planning and execution experience.
• Proficiency in writing plays, training guides, or instructional materials.
• Experience with Agile development tools, techniques and associated business rhythms

Ability to Work RemotelyFull-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
