We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform & Pardot Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic evolution of a Salesforce ecosystem while managing Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) initiatives. This role combines hands-on platform management with marketing automation expertise to support revenue-generating teams through scalable processes, automation, data integrity, and reporting.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Salesforce administration, Pardot management, and Revenue Operations within a B2B environment. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to improve efficiency, drive adoption, and deliver impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Salesforce Platform & Marketing Automation- Own and optimize the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
- Administer and support multiple Pardot instances, including:
- Campaign architecture
- Audience segmentation
- Engagement programs
- Lead scoring and grading
- Marketing attribution
- Manage user support requests, troubleshooting, documentation, and platform training.
- Drive platform adoption and continuous process improvements.
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Flows, automation, validation rules, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Manage integrations across marketing and sales technology platforms to support lead management, campaign tracking, and data synchronization.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and innovative technologies.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and alignment with evolving business requirements.
- Establish and maintain data governance standards across Salesforce and Pardot.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and attribution models that provide actionable business insights.
- Improve visibility into pipeline performance, forecasting, and revenue operations metrics.
- Support data-driven decision-making across customer-facing teams.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations stakeholders to align systems, processes, and reporting with business objectives.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Salesforce and Pardot.
- Deliver training, best practices, and enablement resources to end users.
- Balance ongoing support activities with strategic platform enhancements and optimization initiatives.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, and administration.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and reporting/analytics capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage both operational support and strategic projects.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies to improve:
- Process automation
- Data quality and enrichment
- Reporting and forecasting
- Operational efficiency
- Experience in B2B SaaS or other high-growth technology environments.
- Strong Mar Tech expertise, including Pardot campaign management, lead scoring, engagement programs, and Salesforce-Pardot integrations.
- Experience with additional marketing automation platforms such as Hub Spot or Marketo.
- Familiarity with Apex or other programmatic Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein, or comparable platforms.
- Project management experience within Agile or Scrum environments.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
