We at SynergisticIT offer a Job placement program (JPP) (This is not an offer for a job). We prepare you for tech skills, projects, certifications, interview prep, coding assessments and then push you to clients and schedule interviews and help you get hired at tech clients.
Our candidates get job offers ranging from $85k-$150k post successful completion of our program. This program has an upfront fee which is comparable to most bootcamps however we get people job offers.
Almost 30% of candidates who join us have done bootcamps and 99% have BS and MS degrees. They join us as most degrees/bootcamps don't help with job placement. Our candidates get full-time W2 roles with an average salary of $85,000 and salaries ranging from $75,000 to $150,000 per year.
