Technical Customer Consultant

As a technical customer consultant at IDEXX, you will provide high-quality support for customers who use IDEXX diagnostic devices in their practices, ensuring a smooth experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in the field of veterinary medical diagnostics and directly impact veterinary practices and patient care.

This is a fixed-term contract.

The Customer Support Team plays a crucial role in supporting IDEXX customers across Europe, building strong relationships, and ensuring that customers get the full benefits of our diagnostic solutions.

• Offer technical and handling support for laboratory diagnostic analysis devices to veterinary practice teams.

• Coordinate device installations with internal and external contacts and assist in resolving hardware and integration issues.

• Work closely with internal teams to efficiently solve customer queries and challenges.

• Guide customers through troubleshooting and provide practical tips and advice on device handling and maintenance.

• You are customer-oriented and have experience in customer support.

• You have a strong service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. It would be a plus if you also speak Czech.

• Training and experience as a veterinary medical assistant is beneficial.

• An affinity for technology is advantageous.

• You are calm, creative, and combine these traits with high accuracy and analytical thinking.
