Job Description:

Support, maintain, and develop the existing enterprise Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) (formerly System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)) infrastructure in use at IEDDC (Infrastructure & Economic Development Delivery Center).

This requisition requires only a virtual interview via Teams with video-enabled. Submit only candidates local to the Harrisburg, PA Area. Please specify the physical residence in the candidate's Summary of Qualifications under the details tab. This requisition's current PO is funded through 6/30/25, so use that date in the RTR. Contract end date is dependent on the final schedule and projected needs.

Historically additional funding should then last a year and occur from 7/1/25-6/30/26. Start date for this position is as soon as possible pending a compliant PATCH. This position is fully remote (maybe four times a year report onsite (2221 Forster Street, Harrisburg, PA 17103) to do some hands-on troubleshooting); however, the individual is required to pick up commonwealth-issued equipment the first day and badging could very well be done that first day too.

This is an administrator role that will primarily focus on the building and deployment of applications and operating system deployment (OSD) functions. Candidate will eventually learn to maintain and enhance the existing SCCM infrastructure, in addition to participating in the design, implementation and migration to future versions of SCCM. Candidate must be able to deploy and monitor SCCM application packages and OSD task sequences to IEDDC devices.

Candidate will develop custom reports, queries and inventory data as it is requested. Candidate will also develop and maintain detailed SCCM system process documentation.

Essential Responsibilities

• Create and maintain workstation images
• Manage SCCM application deployments
• Monitor and report on deployment status
• Monitor and manage distribution points
• Perform as a backup to the team engineer
• Assist remote IT support teams with use of the SCCM console and other functions

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum (3) years of experience in a SCCM/MEM Administrator role
