Duration: 12 Months Contract

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role:

• Knowledge of 508 compliance and WCAG 2.1 A& AA requirements.

• Experience with testing tools like ANDI, color contrast analyzers, and other WCAG validation tools.

• Experience with assistive technology: screen Readers such as JAWS, NVDA, Voice Over; screen magnification software such as Fusion, dictation software such as Dragon and similar software.

• Experience Supporting a State Government Client preferred.

• Coordinate and prioritize 508 Compliance testing activities and work with multiple development teams and software projects.

• Write test report documentation that is clear and easy to consume by both technical and nontechnical audiences.

• Knowledge in making documents accessible e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Adobe Acrobat Professional.

• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks within restricted time frames.

• Detail-oriented, able to work independently, self-motivated, proactive team player.

• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language with excellent communication skills.

• Experience working with senior leadership and attending executive level meetings

• A bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field preferred.

• 3 years of experience working on Section 508 testing and remediation projects preferred.

• Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in a fully remote position.
