VDV Search is working with a global indie design studio is looking for an experienced strategist who is equally comfortable thinking about brands and the digital experiences that bring them to life.
This is not a traditional brand strategy role, nor is it a pure UX position. We're looking for someone who sits comfortably at the intersection of brand, customer experience, digital product and interaction design
.
You'll help shape websites, digital platforms and connected experiences that are strategically sound, creatively inspiring and commercially effective.
You'll bring:- A strong background in brand and digital strategy.
- Experience developing customer journeys, digital ecosystems and experience frameworks.
- The ability to translate brand positioning into intuitive digital experiences.
- Confidence creating strategic narratives, workshops and client presentations.
- A collaborative approach to working alongside designers, UX specialists, technologists and client teams.
- A genuine curiosity about how people interact with brands across digital touchpoints.
- Brand fluent.
- Digital native.
- Customer-obsessed.
- Comfortable moving between high-level strategic thinking and practical digital execution.
- Experienced across websites, digital products, service design or connected customer experiences.
- Able to simplify complexity and communicate ideas with clarity.
Ideally you've worked within leading design, innovation, digital or branding consultancies and have delivered strategic work for ambitious global brands.
