The 20 LLC is seeking a Regional Service Technician to diagnose and repair workstations, software, and network issues, both remotely and onsite in the San Jose, San Francisco, and Santa Cruz area. This role combines hands-on hardware skills with strong communication and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include hardware repair, OS and VPN support, Active Directory basics, documentation, and ensuring system health. Certifications such as A+, Net+, and Sec+ are preferred.
