Within the PTF (Plan to Fulfill) team, guide SAP deployment and implementation from design to go‑live, focusing on aligning SAP solutions with business needs, managing testing (UAT), creating documentation, training users, and ensuring smooth transition to operations. Also, drive deployment of new improvements and processes in prior SAP deployments and support them with selected challenges.

Through strong project management, functional expertise, and stakeholder collaboration, you will drive standard, best‑in‑class processes and deliver successful SAP deployments and implementations, along with supporting deployment of new processes.

• 10 years in business in a large company
• 8 years transacting and project experience in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA
• 5 years as a master scheduler or production planner in SAP (preferred)
• 3 years training or teaching experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in core SAP modules of PP, MM, and IBP including T‑Codes, reports, and Fiori applications
• Leadership and support of SAP PP (Production Planning) processes, including configuration, optimization, and end‑to‑end production planning solutions to meet business requirements and improve manufacturing efficiency
• Experience with SAP SCM functionality (LMPC, DSS, CPP, MRP Monitor, etc.) is preferred
• Working knowledge of data objects related to OTC, PTP, PTF, and RTR business processes, especially material master data
• Able to understand and develop functional specifications, training, testing, and user‑guide documentation
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and ease with change adoption
• Experience with Engineering, Production, Manufacturing (work centers, scheduling, capacity planning, BOMs, routings, production order life cycle)
• Experience with Planning (forecasting, planning strategies), IBP, ATP, and MRP, as well as material master data fields
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and collaboration skills
• Understanding of Agile project management and change agent mindset
• Support for standardization and promotion of common processes and edge applications
• Hands‑on experience with deployment tools such as Jira, Service Now, and Panaya (preferred)
• Comfortable working with all levels of employees; skilled at coaching and motivating end users
• Comfortable with hands‑on training demonstrations "in the system" and explaining how SAP enables end‑to‑end business processes
• Patience, resiliency, and focus in ambiguous situations
• Team player attitude

This role may be a hybrid position at our Glendale office or a virtual/remote position. Remote candidates must reside within the United States.

Hiring salary range: $150,000 – $180,000. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role, though exceptional candidates may warrant consideration beyond the stated range. This role also offers a competitive bonus plan based on individual, group, and corporate performance.
