Stanford Health Care is seeking a Relief Service Desk Agent I to provide first contact remote support to SHC end users via phone, webchat, and email. You will assist with configuration, repair, and maintenance for end user devices and applications, and aim to resolve incidents on first contact.
Responsibilities include coordinating onsite repair or OEM parts, escalating to Level 2 as needed, and tracking tickets in SHC's IT service management tool. Strong diagnostic skills are required.
