Feuji is seeking an entry-level Product Support specialist to assist Cocoon users via email and scheduled calls. You will handle inbound tickets, provide clear, empathetic responses, and ensure timely, high-quality help in a fast-paced software environment.
You will work in a tiered support model using Front, Calendly, and Zoom, manage a daily email queue (~30–45) and several calls, with core hours 9am–6pm Pacific Time. This role is remote; PST-friendly schedule preferred for west coast hours.
