Strada is seeking a Time & Labor Process Lead (Workbrain / Infor WFM) to serve as the primary functional consultant for enterprise clients. You will partner with stakeholders to understand operational and workforce management requirements and lead design sessions to configure Pay Rules, Accruals, Attendance, Schedules, and Timekeeping.
You will support all phases of the deployment lifecycle, document processes, mentor junior consultants, and ensure compliant solutions for U.S. regulations.
