Clearmind Technology seeks an energetic Service Desk Associate / Field Engineer to join our engineering team. You will provide onsite and remote support for a diverse client base in the Los Angeles area, troubleshoot, maintain devices, and deploy IT solutions.
The role involves field support, remote assistance, network gear (Meraki, Cisco, Aruba), Windows Server and Active Directory, backup tools, and collaboration with vendors. Travel to client sites is expected.
