West 4th Strategy is seeking a Data Scientist for the Office of the Under Secretary of the Army for Personnel and Readiness (OUSW(PR)). You will develop and automate Python scripts for data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing, and build ML models to support manpower and readiness initiatives.
Responsibilities include maintaining ETL pipelines, creating data products and Qlik/Tableau reports, and producing documentation on dashboard usage and data refresh procedures.
