As a Sys Admin, you will manage and optimize on-premises and hybrid cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. You will serve as the backbone of our technical operations, maintaining the stability of both Linux and Windows environments while driving efficiency through modern automation.

• Administer and maintain a diverse server landscape across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
• Develop and implement automated scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Deploy and manage robust monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
• Configure and secure networking infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity and data protection.
• Execute system hardening procedures to maintain a secure and compliant production environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalable infrastructure growth and hybrid integration.

• 4+ years of experience in System Administration or Dev Ops Engineering.
• Proven expertise in Linux and Windows Server administration within on-premises and hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation using Bash, Python, or Power Shell.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing monitoring stacks such as Prometheus or ELK.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and system security hardening.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
