Trace3 is seeking a Service Desk Technician to support a diverse set of subscribers across our monitoring and contract Service Desk offerings. You will liaise with customers, update runbooks, and contribute to a responsive IT service team.
Responsibilities include monitoring tickets, executing requests per client procedures, and assisting with new hire training. Ideal candidates hold 2+ years of IT experience, strong AD/Outlook/O365 knowledge, and solid troubleshooting skills.
