Senior Workday Analyst at Baires Dev

As a Senior Workday Analyst, you will serve as a primary technical expert for Workday HCM and Financials, ensuring the platform is optimized to support complex business operations. You will act as a link between organizational needs and technical execution, delivering sophisticated integration and reporting solutions.

• Lead the design, configuration, and end-to-end maintenance of Workday HCM and Financials modules.
• Architect and deploy intricate integrations utilizing Workday Studio, EIBs, and Cloud Connect.
• Build advanced Calculated Fields and custom reports to drive data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
• Oversee the Workday security model to ensure robust data governance and compliance standards.
• Manage the full lifecycle of system enhancements, from requirement gathering through testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support for global Workday initiatives.

• 4+ years of experience in HRIS, Systems Analysis, or Workday administration.
• Proven expertise in configuring and maintaining Workday HCM or Financials modules.
• Proficiency in developing complex integrations using Workday Studio and EIBs.
• Hands-on experience with Workday security models and building Calculated Fields.
• Strong background in reporting, data transformation, and troubleshooting within the Workday ecosystem.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
