Dev Ops Engineer (Kubernetes) at Baires Dev

As a Dev Ops Engineer specializing in Kubernetes, you will oversee the deployment and operational health of containerized environments across major cloud providers. You will act as a key link between development and infrastructure, ensuring that applications are orchestrated with high availability, security, and performance at scale.

What You'll Do
  • Architect and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters across EKS, AKS, and GKE environments.
  • Design resilient container-based platforms, managing the full lifecycle of distributed systems and cluster components.
  • Implement robust networking configurations and security hardening to protect containerized workloads.
  • Streamline delivery processes by integrating service mesh technologies and optimizing cluster orchestration.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide scalable infrastructure solutions that support continuous integration and deployment.
  • Drive operational excellence through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and automated resource management.
What We Are Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering.
  • Proven expertise in managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters across EKS, AKS, or GKE.
  • Proficiency with container orchestration tools and cluster lifecycle management.
  • Hands‑on experience with networking (CNI) and security hardening for Kubernetes.
  • Deep understanding of containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Helm.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
