Salesforce Technical Business Analyst

As a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements that support Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives. You will facilitate requirements workshops, evaluate current-state processes, and translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mapping specifications. On a daily basis, you will partner with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to define integration requirements, validate solution designs, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.

You will also support SIT and UAT activities, manage defect triage and requirements traceability, and help drive release readiness efforts. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, healthcare payer operations, integrations, and data flows, along with the ability to bridge communication between business users and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
