  : ~$110,000‑$120,000 + 20% bonus + equity at IC3 level for UK-based.
• Interviews
  : 3 stages, ~3 hours total over 2‑3 weeks.

• Reporting to

  Sharen Gill, Director of Implementation. If Sharen is on maternity leave in July, you will report to Josephine Hanschke, Head of Customer Success.

• You’ve autonomously onboarded multiple, multi‑layer customers in parallel with a service or platform.
• You’ve met and consistently delivered on team targets.
• You’re proactive in learning new technical or AI‑oriented concepts and applying them to customer work.
• You’re “legal‑curious,” interested in how contracts and law intersect with technology.

Bonus points if:

• You’ve worked in a fast‑growing AI or SaaS startup.
• You have experience with Salesforce, Greenhouse, Hub Spot, Workday or an API.

This job may not be for you if:

• Presenting live kick‑off, training sessions, and webinars solo feels daunting.
• Running 25 or more parallel onboardings is overwhelming; you prefer deep focus on one account at a time.
• Figuring out new software, integrations, and troubleshooting workflows isn't your strength; you would rather avoid the hands‑on technical work required.
