Job Summary

We are looking for a technical Dev Ops Architect to join a team of highly energized and professional engineers working on mission-critical systems in the red-hot cybersecurity industry. This position is focused on accelerating developer productivity across the CI/CD lifecycle by building platform-oriented application infrastructures and tooling, focused across security, governance, and R&D efficiency. As part of your role, you will lead the design of features and infrastructure, collaborate with Product teams, and own the outcomes of your unit.

You will participate in design, task-planning, and facilitating the professional growth of your fellow engineers, all while remaining hands-on.

Responsibilities
  • Define architecture and requirements for initiatives focused on accelerating productivity across the CI/CD lifecycle and improving security posture.
  • Architect and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure internal tooling via infrastructure as code.
  • Mentor and coach engineers, imparting wisdom and best practices into the team’s DNA as a subject matter expert.
  • Ensure code quality, delivery timelines, and satisfaction of stakeholders across your work.
  • Manage projects from conception to delivery, including requirements gathering, planning work, and performing work.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on technical experience working as an infrastructure or platform developer.
  • Significant development experience with the following:
    Python, Groovy, Bash Deep knowledge and experience in cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud(AWS Preferred)
  • Experience with Containers and Orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.)
  • Experience with CI/CD Tools and IaC languages (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Terraform, etc.)
  • Experience with building the full application release cycle (CI/CD).
  • Experience with being a power user of AI and building AI-based automations.
  • Knowledge of operating system administration (Both windows and linux)
  • Excellent design and analytical skills
  • Creative troubleshooting skills and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Experience aligning expectations across multiple stakeholders at multiple levels of the business.
  • Requires US Citizen or Green Card to met requirements for regulatory compliance.
  • Must be available during Eastern Time Zone business hours
