OCT Consulting LLC seeks an Operations Research Analyst (Journeyman) to support a federal client in Washington, DC. You will design, develop, and maintain performance dashboards and program reports, translating business requirements into KPIs and data visualizations using Power BI.
Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen with a BA/BS and 4+ years of relevant experience, or MA/MS with 2+ years; security clearance at Tier 2 CAC is required. On-site with remote work possible situationally.
