The Commercial Data Analyst is responsible for developing analytical frameworks, delivering insights, and supporting business leaders with data-driven recommendations. This role combines technical expertise, commercial understanding, and strong communication skills to improve performance visibility and enable better decision-making.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics frameworks that track customer retention, market share, revenue growth, and expansion opportunities.
• Analyze customer behavior, business trends, and operational performance to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI measurements that support strategic and operational decisions.
• Provide analytics related to customer forecasting, quote-to-order conversion, and business performance optimization.
• Identify key operational metrics that influence customer satisfaction and recommend actionable improvements.
• Leverage AI tools, automation, and modern analytics workflows to improve efficiency and enhance insight generation.
• Collaborate with data, technology, and analytics teams to deliver reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau and Snowflake.
• Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and business outcomes.
• Mentor and support other analysts by sharing knowledge, best practices, and analytical approaches.

The ideal candidate is an experienced analytics professional with strong technical capabilities, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights. They should be comfortable working with large datasets, developing reporting solutions, and applying modern analytical methods.

• 6+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong understanding of commercial analytics, customer insights, and operational performance measurement.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, automation solutions, or advanced analytics workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
• Familiarity with data platforms and analytics environments such as Snowflake preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring or developing other analysts in a team environment.

• Competitive salary range of approximately $95,000 to $120,000.
