- Troubleshoot issues with office hardware including printers, scanners, video conferencing equipment, and IP phones.
- Deploy images to new laptops and desktops.
- Create and manage employee accounts for various systems.
- Utilize the helpdesk system to track, document and research solutions to problems.
- Provide technical support to employees at local and remote offices via helpdesk, phone, email, remote sessions, and in-person visits.
- Configure and support Android mobile devices.
- Assist in ordering IT equipment and maintain inventory.
- Assist with the research and implementation of IT projects.
- Provide technical training to employees.
- Occasionally perform job site visits to implement, maintain and support network infrastructure.
- Contribute to our IT Knowledge-base through the creation of support articles.
- 3 days a week (6-8 hours per day).

- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365.
- Must be passionate about technology
- Experience supporting printers, laptops, desktops and other technical equipment.
- Knowledge of Android mobile devices preferred.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on importance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Proficiency in English.
- Customer-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Technical certifications are a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Necessary Special Requirements
