Location: St. Louis
BJC Health Care is hiring an Epic Helpdesk Support Analyst to provide remote end-user support for Epic and clinical applications. The role requires a solid customer-service background and call center experience, with a preference for Epic-related knowledge within a healthcare setting.
The position is remote but candidates in the St. Louis metro area are preferred, with a schedule of Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. An on-call rotation may be required.
