Tagnet zoekt een Junior Supportdesk Medewerker (1e lijn) met mbo ICT-opleiding en minimaal 1 jaar ervaring. Je helpt klanten bij ICT-vragen, installeert hardware, maakt accounts aan en levert snelle oplossingen. Je werkt vanuit huis en kunt rekenen op opleidingen en een laptop. Een proactieve, servicegerichte houding is essentieel.
Je hebt een rijbewijs B en beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed. Tot slot krijg je de kans om samen met het team onze servicedesk naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
