Thefull-time IT Support Coordinator is responsible for facilitating technology support and implementation for The Peer Company. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining the organization’s workplace technology, providing technical support to The Peer Company Staff.
TheIT Support Coordinator also assists the ITManager in employee onboarding/offboardingaswell asnetwork anduserdirectory facilitation.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degreein Information Technology or similar field preferred.

Pre-Hire Drug Screen:
As part of TPC's commitment to fostering a safe, productive, and professional workplace, we require pre-hire drug screenings for all potential employees. The screening will be conducted in accordance with TPC's drug screening policy and applicable state and federal laws.
Motor Vehicle Records Search:
For positions that require driving, The Peer Company conducts a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) searchin accordance with company policy, insurance requirements, and applicable state and federal laws.
To be eligible for a driving-required position,candidates must meet the following minimum driving standards:
- Nomajor driving violations within the past3 years(i.e.
-DUI, careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, etc.) - No more than3 moving violations within the past 3 years (i.e.
- speeding,failing to yield, running red light, etc.)
- Associate's degree with1-3 years of technical experience OR high school diploma (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of technical experience
- Experience with substance use and/or mental health recovery is desirable and highly valued
- Understands the principles of trauma-informed care, recovery, and consumer-involvement
- Highproficiencywith PC systems, tools and applications including assembly, troubleshooting, installation, and oversight of Microsoft 365 applications required
- Experience in supporting cloud technology infrastructure environment(Microsoft
365,Google Workplace) - Experience in collaborating with community partners toidentifyshortcomings in the organization and in building partnerships to improve outcomes
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License and proof of automobile insurance required Access to reliable personal vehicle required
- Excellent communication, trauma informedapproachand conflict resolution skills
- Abilityto alwaysmaintainhigh professional standards with staff and community partners whiledemonstratingexemplary customer support skills and response
- Demonstrated commitment to providing impeccable customer service
- Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities; proactive problem solver
- Ability to network and collaborate with diverse groups of people who have varied technical ability
- Experience with advanced audio/video conferencing preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of standard software (e.g., word processing, graphics packages, spreadsheets/databases)
- Ability to push/pull/lift/carry items up to 25 pounds and occasionally push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Installs hardware and peripheral components such as phones, monitors, keyboard sand disk drives for workstations in the office
- Loads appropriate software packages such as operating systems, networkingcomponentsand office applications
- Provides telephone, in-personand online support to end-users ina timely fashion through helpdesk application
- Connects users to networks and provides initial training in facilities and applications
- Provides updates, status andcompletioninformation to manager and/or usersfor help requests and projects
- Sets up new hires with necessary equipment and creates user profiles in all applicable IT systems
- Assists IT Manager in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures based on industry best practices
- Provides technology support to Peerpocalypseannual conference
- Abides byorganizationpolicies and procedures, confidentiality laws, professional boundaries and relevant federal/state treatment regulations and standards
- Facilitate, document, and audit organization-wide mobile services
