General Dynamics Information Technology in Maryland is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support end users. You will install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, provide basic troubleshooting, and assist with email and Microsoft Office administration.
Two required certifications (Security+ CE or another 8570 cert and PWS 9.1) and 1+ year of experience are necessary. Hours are , with remote support duties for worldwide sites and ongoing learning of technology.
