3.ai is seeking a strategic and hands-on Pre‑Sales Systems Administrator to scale pre‑sales systems and GTM tooling. You will partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, Finance, and Analytics to design, optimize, and support lead routing, account routing, and top‑of‑funnel processes.
You’ll drive day‑to‑day admin while improving process design, data quality, and user experience across the pre‑sales tech stack. The role is fully remote with potential travel up to 15%.
