saas.group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Central Platform team as the first line of IT support for ~400 people across 25+ brands. You’ll own the IT support queue end to end, handling Google Workspace, Mac, Chrome, VPN and remote desktop issues while enabling automation and security posture improvements.
The role is fully remote with Europe-based collaboration and potential for growth into automation tasks.
