Sedgwick is seeking a Remote Operations Dispatch Coordinator to accurately route and assign claims, tasks and related requests within the claims management system while supporting temporary housing colleagues by ensuring timely, accurate workflow distribution.
Responsibilities include setting up new claims, reviewing data, making outbound calls to carriers/adjusters, and using multiple platforms to manage assignments.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 11am-8pm EST.
