Unifonic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in our Production Operations (Live) team to enhance reliability, scalability, and resilience of our cloud-based messaging platform.
You will drive incident response, automate critical tasks, and lead SRE initiatives across AWS, OCI, Open Stack, and multi-cluster Kubernetes environments. You will mentor engineers, define SLOs/SLIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve MTTR, observability, and disaster recovery plans.
