RTX is seeking a Test Lead for the oneRTX:
Process & Systems Transformation (PST) initiative. This remote role supports SAP S/4
HANA upgrades and ERP transformations across RTX business units, coordinating onshore/offshore teams and maintaining QA standards.
You will develop test strategies, drive test execution, and manage risks while traveling up to 50% to RTX sites as needed. A strong background in SAP testing and agile practices is required.
