Linktree is seeking a Senior Data Scientist on the Trust team to define how we measure harm, assess risk, and scale the core measurement framework that underpins Trust will partner with Engineering, Product, Policy, Legal, and Operations to identify abuse patterns, size impacts, and drive mitigation strategies.
You’ll own evaluation of ML/LLM safety systems, establish ground truth datasets, and build monitoring to ensure model quality and reliability in production.
