The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions team is seeking a Senior Manager to support information system lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Linthicum, MD location. In this role you will lead and manage an integrated IT and Cybersecurity team, overseeing performance and execution of the Classified Solutions statement of work, and collaborating with CIDO and program leaders to ensure consistent service delivery across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a clear focus on execution and program enablement, be comfortable with accountability at both the strategic and leadership levels, and be familiar with key IT technology solutions, as well as Cybersecurity best practices to include JSIG and RMF compliance.

Due to the classified nature of the work being performed, this position does not offer any virtual or telecommute working options. Applicants are encouraged to apply only if they are willing to work on-site, full-time at our Linthicum, MD campus.

The responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Maintain a culture of ownership and accountability to build and maintain a high performing team.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for IT and Cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Ensure that the tools and processes you implement provide clear visibility into work and facilitate effective assignment and prioritization.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for managers and new leaders.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity and IT standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Plan, execute, and report on several organizational metrics designed to ensure 100% compliance with Government regulations.
  • Lead and support customer inspections and related activities.
  • Collaborate with peers within Classified Solutions and other NG Sectors to promote active information sharing.
  • Provide functional leadership to managers and staff.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, or Master's degree with 10 years of experience, or a PhD with 8 years of experience.
  • Candidates must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance (at a minimum), to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years, OR must be enrolled in the U.S. Government Continuous Evaluation (CE) Program to be considered.
  • The selected candidate must have the ability to be cleared to Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) as a condition of continued employment.
