Zoom is seeking a Business Analyst to support the connected planning ecosystem, collaborating with Go-To-Market, Finance, and People Experience teams to triage issues, coordinate resources, and document processes. You’ll help with UAT, data validation, and improvements to planning models and reports.
The role requires 3+ years of analyst/operations experience and familiarity with enterprise planning tools such as Anaplan, Salesforce, Workday, or Snowflake, in a hybrid work environment.
