Partner with Project Management, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to manage risks, resolve issues, improve processes, and drive successful adoption.
Requirements Experience in healthcare software implementation, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or technical project delivery.
Experience implementing enterprise software in healthcare provider, health system, or healthcare technology environments.
Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and technologies, including HL7 v2, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, REST APIs, web services, and healthcare authentication/security frameworks.
Experience working directly with customer IT, interoperability, and application teams.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Experience with major EHR ecosystems such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), Meditech, or athenahealth preferred.
Experience with integration engines such as Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, or Corepoint is helpful.
Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SSO, HIPAA, healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
